She so perfectly captured Carla and I had so much fun editing the gorgeous photos they created together!! This local spot is situated just outside the city and made for the perfect sunset location for this high school grad, (who’s impressive dancing skills were so perfectly documented!

Senior Photoshoot Tips

One thing I absolutely recommend to all of my seniors is to incorporate your hobby or passion into your session! Whether that’s by bringing a prop (or your pet!) or intentional movement like Carla did as a dancer! This way we truly capture a part of your soul and you get to uniquely express yourself during our session!

More ideas on making your senior photoshoot unique include: 

1. Wear something sentimental. It could be anything from your school’s sports uniform, prom dress, grandma’s locket, etc
2. Use personal props. Like dancing shoes, sports equipment, musical instruments, or even your car!
3. Choose a location that reflects your personality. That could mean the beach, forest, mountains, urban, or a local park!
4. Bring a pal. Whether that’s your pet, or your mom; someone to cheer you on and hop in a photo or two!

If you’re wondering what in the world an associate photographer is, here’s the rundown! As my business continues to expand my team also continues to also grow!! And as my schedule and travel dates fill up quicker than ever, I find myself unable to be in two places at once! This led me to begin hiring additional photographers (who are so incredibly amazing) to take on photoshoots that I am unable to be present for! BUT I still handle client experience and editing side of the booking. This means I will be the point of contact leading up to the day, and my clients still get the full Emily Noelle experience (tips, guides, and gallery delivery!) My well trained and trusted associate photographers are the ones that do the photographing, and then I finish up the process of editing and sending you your photos! I make sure my clients know who will be present at the session, so you won’t show up to a surprise photographer, and I make sure to give my associates all of the necessary info we’ve discussed to make a shoot go exactly as if I were there myself!
