My promise to you is that your photoshoot will be a unique adventure filled with creativity. I will pose + direct you, play your favorite music, and make sure you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera! Currently taking senior booking for July- October 2024.
My passion behind photographing seniors stems from what I believe my purpose to be: celebrating and sharing the beauty in people and places. Seniors are in such a transitional season of life— full of joy and excitement—setting off to pursue their dreams and passions! I’m here to capture you as you are in this season, to celebrate and dream with you! All while ensuring that you feel confident and walk away knowing how incredibly beautiful you truly are!

I have been photographing seniors for 3 years, and while I now shoot with confidence and ease, I never stop honing my craft. Whether it's attending workshops, mentorships, or organizing styled shoots—I'm always trying new creative methods and techniques to ensure I'm consistently producing unique and excellent photographs! I've worked with so many seniors and have a plethora of poses and prompts in my back pocket to ensure you never feel awkward! Not to mention we will be jamming to your favorite playlist to ease any nerves.

Getting to know you in our zoom meeting is my favorite part and so important! This will ensure that I help create the best environment that helps you feel like your authentic self, and where I'll catch the vision of your dream photoshoot so I can make it happen. Whether it's a flowy dress on the Oregon coast, a hike to God’s Thumb in your gear, a fancy dress on a city rooftop, or a creative studio shoot—whatever you're envisioning, I got you!

I first noticed Emily through her instagram. I loved how her shoots were unique to each senior and I really enjoyed her editing style. My experience working with Emily was truly amazing! She’s a great communicator, a fast replier, and was accommodating to all my needs/questions. Usually I feel kinda awkward taking photos, but everything felt natural and fun. She posed me the whole time and we got to listen to fun music. Not to mention the location of the shoot was beautiful!! She knew all the good places and made sure the lighting was perfect in every photo. I love the way the photos don’t look too edited and animated, her style is very natural and nature filled. She also gave me a preview of photos in just one day! Overall my experience was amazing and I would highly recommend booking Emily for your senior shoot.

She guided me every step of the way, and really showed how passionate she is about her art and making sure her clients are well take care of. One thing that really stood out was how she had me create a pintrest board so she could get a fit for the vibe and help me to find the perfect locations and outfits! She worked to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in front of the camera as well. Everything was absolutely perfect and even better than I could’ve imagined! She was able to work with the lighting and awful weather to create something truly magical! So thankful for Emily and her amazing talent, worth every penny!

Emily made me feel very comfortable, I don’t think I’ve ever been so confident to have my photo taken. From the beginning, she was a huge help.
