I’m so excited to share some news about how the team here at Emily Noelle Photo is expanding!! While I’m a senior photographer based out of Portland, I also offer sessions all across Oregon! The Adventure Session (my most popular senior photo package) includes a location up to 2 hours outside of the city, however, I’m extending that even farther and now can offer sessions in Southern Oregon! This is where my wonderful team of associates comes in!

Associate Team Photographers

If you’re wondering what in the world an associate photographer is, here’s the rundown! As my business continues to expand my team also continues to also grow!! And as my schedule and travel dates fill up quicker than ever, I find myself unable to be in two places at once! This led me to begin hiring additional photographers (who are so incredibly amazing) to take on photoshoots that I am unable to be present for! BUT I still handle client experience and editing side of the booking. This means I will be the point of contact leading up to the day, and my clients still get the full Emily Noelle Senior Photo experience (tips, guides, questionnaires and gallery delivery!) My well trained and trusted associate photographers are the ones that do the photographing, and then I finish up the process of editing and sending you your photos! I make sure my clients know who will be present at the session, so you won’t show up to a surprise photographer, and I make sure to give my associates all of the necessary info we’ve discussed to make a shoot go exactly as if I were there myself! How to Book a Senior Session

So you’re looking to book a senior photographer (yay! I’m so glad you’re here!) The process is super easy:

First I recommend checking out my experience page here with all the facts and info on my packages and the process. Next steps are:

1. Inquire here

2. Contract + invoice. Once you decide on a package & and we nail down a date, I’ll send over a contract for you and your parent to sign and return as well as your deposit invoice. Deposits are non-refundable.
After the deposit is paid your session is officially reserved in my books!

3. When it’s official, I’ll send over my customized session questionnaire for you to fill out along with my session guide!! Go through the guide & fill out the questionnaire so I know exactly how your shoot should go!

4. It’s your day! You will hear from me the day before your shoot with a weather report, any concerns or changes to the location, and anything specific you need to bring!
You should expect to receive a few sneak peeks of your session within 48 hours of your shoot and your full gallery one week after your shoot!
