When Adam and Maggie dreamed up their perfect wedding, they knew it had to be meaningful, relaxed, and so them. Their stunning elopement near Cannon Beach, Oregon in Manzanita, was nothing short of magical—with thoughtful details, heartfelt moments, and plenty of fun along the way!
Adam and Maggie had both newly moved to Philly when they met, and were nervous about their first date in the big city. But, when they met up for their first date, they each knew they had found their person! They wanted to have their elopement feel romantic and completely intimate to them, so that was a top priority!
Adam and Maggie’s day started in the best way possible—together! They rented the cutest house near Cannon Beach, which was the perfect setting to relax and get ready for their big day. The morning felt extra special as they enjoyed a coffee together, soaking up every second of the quiet morning.
Did you know? Most of my couples choose to skip a first look because they love spending the whole day together! But if a first look is part of your dream, don’t worry—I can make it happen!
Can you picture saying your vows with the ocean breeze in your hair and dramatic cliffs all around you? That’s exactly how Adam and Maggie tied the knot, and it was every bit as romantic as it sounds.
Their cliffside ceremony near Manzanita was simple, personal, and heartfelt—just the two of them exchanging promises in one of the most breathtaking places imaginable. The best part? Oregon makes it so easy to have an intimate ceremony like this—you don’t even need an officiant! It’s just you, your partner, and forever.
Adam and Maggie made their day feel extra special by bringing along a family photo album. It wasn’t just any album—it was filled with old wedding photos from their family and their engagement pictures. Taking a moment to flip through those memories before the ceremony added a personal and emotional touch to the day.
And how sweet is this? They also brought a Polaroid camera to capture instant memories during their elopement. Those photos went straight into their album, blending old and new photos in such a meaningful storytelling way.
Instead of a traditional reception, Adam and Maggie kept things chill with a pizza picnic on the shoreline. After their vows, they grabbed some slices from a local spot, enjoyed cake for dessert, and let the waves set the mood for the rest of their day.
With great pizza places and bakeries in Cannon Beach and Manzanita, it’s easy to plan something like this. Just imagine wrapping up your wedding day with sandy toes, salty air, and your favorite pizza—sounds pretty perfect, right?
