A lot of seniors like to book summer dates because 1) they're tan, 2) they're more available/flexible schedule and 3) more likely to have sunny weather. Trust me, it books up QUICKLY.

No matter the time of the year, the Oregon Coast can get COLD! Be sure to pack a warm sweater or jacket for if you want to have it in your pictures, or to throw on before and after pictures. Neutrals also do so well with the lighting on the coast, so lean into whites, greys, or creams - or a black piece can go well with sun on the beach!

Now that your session is officially booked, it's time to plan your location, outfits, and other details for your shoot. You'll receive a session guide + session questionnaire with all the info you need! After your shoot is booked, feel free to email or dm me with any questions or concerns up until the day of your shoot.
SESSION GUIDE + QUESTIONNAIRE
It's the day of your shoot! You will hear from me the day before your shoot with a weather update, parking details, any concerns or changes to the location, and anything specific you need to bring!
You should expect to receive a preview gallery of your session within 72 hours of your shoot and your full gallery 5-7 weeks after your shoot!

I first noticed Emily through her instagram. I loved how her shoots were unique to each senior and I really enjoyed her editing style. My experience working with Emily was truly amazing! She’s a great communicator, a fast replier, and was accommodating to all my needs/questions. She made me feel very prepared leading up to the shoot; she reached out often and even mailed me a cute emergency kit prior to the shoot! Usually I feel kinda awkward taking photos, but everything felt natural and fun. She posed me the whole time and we got to listen to fun music. Not to mention the location of the shoot was beautiful!! She knew all the good places and made sure the lighting was perfect in every photo. Having Emily take my photos had been on my bucket list since freshman yr, and I’m sooo happy I was able to cross that off! I love how Emily captures exactly what you are looking for, which include your personality and aesthetic. From the moment you book with Emily all the way up to the shoot she is constantly working with you in all aspects. I also love how comfortable she makes you feel during the shoot, and is there to talk you through it if you don’t know what to do. “When I first came across Emily on TikTok and Instagram, I immediately knew she was the photographer I wanted to book my senior photos with. Immediately I knew I wanted Emily to my senior photos. I absolutely love how natural and earthy her photos were since that’s exactly what I was looking for! I was a little nervous leading up to it since I had never gotten pictures professionally taken before but the nervousness quickly went away once I started talking with her. “I loved booking my senior photos with Emily because of just how organized she was. Everything went smoothly because of how well everything was planned out with location searches, outfit check ins, the actual shoot, and getting the photos back. My favorite parts of the session were just how incredible the locations were and how easy it felt to shoot with Emily and her team. They provided help with poses and had a specific vision for how the photos would turn out, which I also helped guide based on the survey I took at the beginning of the process. From the very beginning she was willing to answer all my questions so quickly and made sure that I was completely ready for my shoot. The day of was even better, she was so sweet and made me feel incredibly comfortable. While listening to music and taking pictures Emily did an amazing job of making the entire experience something special that will forever be treasured. I first found out about Emily through Instagram. I just absolutely loved her style of photos from the way she edits them to the amazing outdoor locations! Emily was so helpful for the entire process, from finding outfits and a location, to receiving my photos. She made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and my photos look amazing and very natural. One of my favorite things about my shoot was the location, which was on Mt. Hood. The really cool thing was that Emily was able to incorporate the mountain in the background so all together it just looks perfect! Ready to kick off your shoot? Get in touch!
Yes, I do! I’m always up for helping my clients out! After the initial 20% retainer fee to book your date, I’m extremely flexible with quarterly payments or monthly payments leading up to your session.
You'll receive your full gallery within 6-8 weeks of your photoshoot! + I deliver sneak peek galleries with 15 photos within 5 days after your shoot!
It all depends on how bad - if it’s going to downpour and make you uncomfortable or ruin my gear, we will always reschedule. If it’s more of a misty/moody day, we will definitely still shoot! In fact the moodier and mistier weather can often create the most beautiful photos. Those overcast days are some of my favorite!

do you give us the raw photos?
I use a site called Pic-time to deliver all my galleries! After I've finished editing your photos, I will send over an email that will contain a link to your online gallery where you can access all of your images in web-size and high-resolution. You will be able to download them from there using a phone or a laptop.
The LOCAL session includes 70 images. The ADVENTURE package includes 100 images. The BIG ADVENTURE package includes 200 images.
No I do not send or share any unedited RAW photos. I own full creative rights to the images and therefore only deliver edited high res images.
