I loved how laid back it felt to be with Emily! My fiance and I kept forgetting we were taking pictures and it just felt like a date night with Emily there taking pictures of us. She made us feel so relaxed the whole time and we felt so comfortable even though we hadn't ever had our pictures taken before. I loved all the suggestions she gave to us and everything felt so natural to do. My favorite part of the session was being able to go to so many beautiful spots on the Oregon Coast and have that memory and experience with my fiance. Emily knew where to take us for each of the spots and we didn't need to plan anything. We never felt rushed or anything and it was such a joyful experience. Emily made us feel so relaxed and we both kept forgetting we were taking pictures.. Emily is such a kind person and made our experience one of our favorite memories my fiance and I have together. We left the experience and kept talking about how much we loved that we decided to fly across the country to take pictures. Our family and friends kept asking us why we would choose Oregon and the pictures just explain it all!! We are so happy to have these pictures forever and to hang them in our house one day.

"Emily was amazing! We are from Boise, Idaho and we decided to do a small destination wedding on the Oregon Coast. Although we had been to the Oregon Coast multiple times we still found ourselves in the dark on some things. That is where Emily came in! I was very nervous about planning a destination wedding, but she made the process a lot less painful! We found her on instagram and loved the way she captured everyone’s special moments in her own style. She messaged me right away after we reached out and from then on she was nothing but supportive, patient and very informative. She made us feel very comfortable taking instruction from her and made us feel natural in front of the camera. Our favorite moments with Emily were our engagement photos in Portland and our couples’ wedding photos because those were one on one times with her. From the beginning we were able to dream about what our wedding day would look like and how it would be captured and Emily dreamed right along side us and helped us make it all happen. 
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, I really leaned on Emily with questions about Timeline, aesthetic and kinds of photos among other various questions. I felt listened to and supported and she was so helpful with all of her tips and tricks to make our wedding day run smoothly!
Our favorite part was our sunset session after our wedding ceremony. It was just us getting to soak in our first few moments of being married in a BEAUTIFUL location that Emily chose and she captured it all so beautifully. It’s a memory we will always be grateful for.

We loved every moment of our photo session! Being able to sightsee in a completely different landscape than what we're used to in the NJ/NYC area, the whole session felt like a movie just going up and down the Oregon Coast. What stood out to us was just how seamless Emily made the whole experience. We didn't feel rushed to go from location to location. We took breaks when needed but we definitely are glad we hired her for 5 hours, it was just perfect for what we needed. Emily made me and my wife feel like we were close friends, as if we knew her for years. There was no issue communicating and we had a TON of fun just exploring and sharing our life stories together. We didn't feel uncomfortable in any way, we just had a ton of fun and Emily is super friendly and an open book, WE LOVE HER A TON!! If you are in Oregon, Emily would be my first and only recommendation for photos. Her work ethic, friendliness, professionalism, and just being a pro in her craft just comes together beautifully. My husband and I did an adventure session on the Oregon coast with Emily for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were both a little nervous since we had never had professional pictures done before, but Emily was literally the best and we felt so comfortable and had so much fun during our session! Emily was so knowledgeable about all of the beautiful locations along the coast and the timing in terms of lighting and crowds. She knows of so many hidden gems that we had no idea even existed. We loved how Emily captured many candid moments of us that felt so intimate and raw, yet completely beautiful. It really just felt like the two of us exploring the coast and Emily captured it so beautifully. We have received so many compliments from family and friends on the photos. Also, from the moment we booked Emily to the time we received our pictures, her communication has been off the charts exceptional. You can really tell she cares about her clients and wants them to he happy! I would recommend Emily a million times over and we hope to have pictures done by her again next time we visit the coast.
